3nd Annual St. Martin’s Village Day (Celebrating 70 years)

Will be held on Friday, July 25th., starting at 7:00 pm until midnight at 1033 St. Martins Avenue in Whitney Young Park. Saturday the 26th will be activities including a concert and other activities from 12:00 – 9;00 pm. Ending with worship at Bluegrass United Church of Christ 500 Don Anna Drive during the 10:00 am service on Sunday, July 27th. This event is brought to you by the St. Martin’s Village Neighborhood Association, Inc.

This will be a fun-filled day of family activities all day long. Kicking off with a 5K walk around the neighborhood. Participants will need to arrive at 8:30 am. Families and friends are encouraged to set up tents and bring any food and beverages they might like to eat or share. The Grill Team will be cooking beef hot dogs and hamburgers. There will also be popsicles, popcorn, cotton candy, face painting, an inflatable, corn hole, and more.

There will be t-shirts available for pre-order. Sizes range from small to 5X- Large.

  • Small through X-Large are $10
  • 2x-Large is $13
  • 3x-Large is $14
  • 4x-Large is $15
  • 5x-Large is $16

Vendor Application

General Information

St. Martin’s Village Day will be Saturday, July 26, 2025

Time:  12:00 am – 9:00 pm in Whitney Young Park

1033 St. Martins Avenue, Lexington, KY  40511

Booth and Food Truck Cost:

$10 fee

Children/Youth:  5 – 17 yrs old & Resource table – no cost

Set-up & Breakdown:

Set-up will begin at 11:00 am

The breakdown will begin the evening of July 26th, 2025, starting at 9:00 pm.

Food Vendor’s Requirements:

1. Current Fayette County Business License

2. General Liability Insurance with 1 million per occurrence. Need current COI

3. Current Mobile vending permit from the Health Department

4. Food Manager and Food handler training certificates.

5. Vendors must have a washing station on site either provided by the event if not required by the Food vendor.

6. Vendors must throw out extra trash cans around the food vending area after the event.

7. Vendors must place an absorbent grease mat two feet past the cooking and food prep area. (Roofing paper is suggested) The grease mat is not required if cooking and prep occur inside a mobile unit.

Merchandise Vendor Requirement:

1. Merchandise Vendors must comply with LFUCG Code of Ordinances Sec 15-7, 15-12

2. Current Fayette County Business License (Peddlers or Itinerant Licensing)

a) Must be obtained at least 10 days before conducting business

b) A license should be obtained from the LFUCG Department of Revenue (859) 258-3340

Table and Chairs

Two chairs and one table will be available for each booth. There will be a $10 charge for using the table and chairs.

Non-Profit Organizations

Non-Profit Organizations will be able to set up at no charge, but still are still required to register and will be required to pay the deposit for tables and chairs.
