The walkway of honor brick is St. Martin’s Village Neighborhood Association’s way to commemorate our neighbors who were instrumental in getting the city to build a park in our neighborhood.  These neighbors are our ancestors, community leaders, ministers, teachers, city workers, council members, police officers, principals, military, government workers, artists, professors, businessmen and women, barbers, homemakers, coaches, nurses, beauticians, horse owners, store owners, daycare owners,  brick masons, school secretary, postman, mechanics, professional basketball and football players, lawyers, and others who strived to make a difference in our lives.  These people paved the way for the neighborhood to have Whitney Young Jr., Park. 

Walkway of Honor Brick with 3 lines of text each no longer than 16 characters including spaces may be purchased for $70.00 in honor or recognition of your loved one. Payments can be made in cash, check, or money order. Check and money order shall be made payable to St. Martin’s Village Neighborhood Association, Inc. Optional pay method can be made by Square.
